Dr Husam Ria is an established GP with over 15years’ experience in medicine ranging from working in emergency medicine, urgent care, general practice and cosmetic clinics. He completed his medical degree from Imperial College London in 2008 and qualified as a GP in 2014. Dr Ria then moved to Australia in 2018 and has been working as a GP in the Illawarra since.

Dr Ria has a special interests in chronic disease management, mental health, children's health and family medicine. He also has a passion for injectable cosmetic treatments.

Dr Ria enjoys spending time travelling and keeping fit. Dr Ria practices a holistic approach to medicine and understands the importance of continuity of patient care.
