Crown Medical Figtree is a private billing family practice. No bulk billing.  All payments are required at the completion of your appointment, rebate from medicare is instant at the front desk.

Standard Consultation Fees apply.

Cancellations

You will receive an automated text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment to confirm. Please reply Yes to confirm or No to cancel, or notify reception staff as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of $20.00 may apply if you fail to give notice.

After Hours Fee

All appointments from 5pm Thursdays and on Weekends, incur an After Hours Fee

Test Results

It is our policy that test results will not be given over the telephone by our reception and nursing staff. Discussions of test results are best done with a follow- up appointment with your GP. Please allow at least 2 days for pathology and radiology results to be processed and checked by your Doctor. Please note it is the patient's responsibility to make an appointment to discuss any test results with a Doctor.

Consultations on Saturday and Sunday will incur a private fee.

Please note:

• It is a Medicare requirement that you present your Medicare card/Dva card at the time of each consultation.
• All minor procedures will incur a fee.
• After hours rates apply before 8am on weekdays.
• Private Fees apply on weekends to all patients.
• There is no Medicare rebate for Pre-Employment or Insurance Medicals.
• Worker's Compensation consultations are billed at WorkCover approved rates.
