Dr Daniel Buckingham graduated from the University of Western Sydney after completing a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Humanitarian and Peace Studies. He completed his internship and residency at Wollongong Hospital where he remained through a further year as a Senior Resident Medical Officer in Emergency and ICU. He has also completed a Diploma of Children’s Health and is Antenatal Share Care trained. 

Dr Dan continues to work in Picton where he has established himself over the last 4 years with a focus on comprehensive family care beginning from the antenatal period through to geriatric medicine. 

Outside of his work he spends time with his beautiful young family, staying fit and healthy or enjoying the coast.
